Each Sol Sorella bag is handmade to order, just for you.

Change-of-mind returns (non-custom items)

If you’ve ordered a non-custom item, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer rights. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Custom colour orders

Custom colour items are made specifically to your chosen colour(s). Because these are made to your specification, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom colour orders unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@solsorella.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
