Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping method
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (options and prices are shown at checkout). Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Processing time (dispatch)
As our bags are handmade, most items are made to order. Our current dispatch timeframe is:
• 1–2 weeks from the date of your order
If your order is ready sooner, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s finished. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
Multiple-item orders
If you order more than one item, we will normally dispatch your entire order together once everything is ready.If you would like items shipped separately, please email info@solsorella.co.uk before ordering or as soon as possible after placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply for separate shipments.
Delivery time (after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail:
• Tracked 24: aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch
• Tracked 48: aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch
These services are not guaranteed and can take longer during busy periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge for reshipping.
Lost, missing, or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears missing, please contact us at info@solsorella.co.uk with your order number and tracking details and we’ll help you.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, please check around your property and with neighbours/household members first, then contact us so we can advise on next steps.
